This is a key leadership position responsible for the maintenance function across a complex energy generation facility. The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary maintenance team, oversee contractors and take ownership of planned and reactive maintenance, reliability, statutory inspections and outage delivery. The role will suit an experienced Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Supervisor with a strong industrial process background. Experience within power generation, biomass or energy from waste would be highly desirable.
