Maintenance Manager

Contract Maintenance Manager My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance contract manager based in Liverpool. You will need a technical background as well as a proven track record as a manager. Sector: Commercial Maintenance You will be managing x2 sites one in Liverpool and one in Chiswick London. The main site in Liverpool has 1 supervisor and 3 engineers. Chiswick has a supervisor and 2 engineers, You will also be looking after admin as well as sub contractors, compliance. PandL (some not all), working with the client, overseeing any projects, reporting to client and senior managers, as well other duties. Hours 8-5 Monday to Friday. Salary is up to 55K with 5K car allowance as well as company benefits. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing FM provider who can offer ongoing development.
