We are currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Leadandnbsp;to join this experienced team of four, based in a beautiful and historic location near the River Thames in Henley. This is a full-time role reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out a wide range of general maintenance tasks across the estate
Support occasional plumbing, electrical, or other skilled trade work
Contribute to the upkeep and care of buildings, some of which are listed
Work closely with team members to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment
Participate in a 1-in-4 weekend on-call rota
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30amandndash;4:00pm
Paid 30-minute daily break
Overtime available and paid accordingly

About You:
Previous maintenance experience across multiple disciplines
Practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
Flexible, adaptable, and enjoys varied work andndash; no two days are the same
Knowledge of listed buildings is an advantage but not essential
Committed to high standards of service and safety
