Maintenance Joiner

Your new company
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Joiner to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of joinery and general maintenance works across multiple sites. This is a mobile role, requiring regular travel between locations to complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks. Scope of works will cover the North West, Limavady, North Coast.
Your new role
Carry out maintenance and repair works to doors, frames, flooring, kitchens, and other joinery items.
Complete reactive and planned maintenance tasks to a high standard.
Identify and report any additional repair requirements.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.
Liaise professionally with site managers, tenants, and clients when required.
Maintain accurate records of works completed.
What you''ll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Joiner or Maintenance Joiner.
Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused approach.
Willingness to undergo and successfully pass an Access NI check.
