They are looking to add a qualified joiner to their maintenance team to assist with their reactive and void housing repairs across the region.Your new role Your duties may include:Dealing with reactive repairs in occupied housing, engaging with customers and members of the publicKitchen and Bathroom upgrades or renovations in void housingRepairing internal fixtures and fittings, hanging doors, skirting replacements and external property repairs (fencing/gate replacement) Working alongside other trades to tight deadlines in line with the clients'' requirementsDriving the company vehicle safely, keeping the vehicle clean and tidyBe polite and courteous at all times as you are representing the client on site.
