Maintenance Joiner

Your new company You will be joining an established organisation based in Inverness which covers 2500 housing stock over a wide geographical area. They are looking to add a qualified joiner to their maintenance team to assist with their reactive and void housing repairs across the region.Your new role Your duties may include:Dealing with reactive repairs in occupied housing, engaging with customers and members of the publicKitchen and Bathroom upgrades or renovations in void housingRepairing internal fixtures and fittings, hanging doors, skirting replacements and external property repairs (fencing/gate replacement) Working alongside other trades to tight deadlines in line with the clients'' requirementsDriving the company vehicle safely, keeping the vehicle clean and tidyBe polite and courteous at all times as you are representing the client on site. What you''ll need to succeed You will need to be a time served/SVQ Level 3 qualified joiner with a recognised apprenticeship, ideally with experience working in a similar environment. Due to the mobile nature of the role, you will need a valid UK Driving Licence with minimal points and endorsements to be considered.
