This is an excellent long-term opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for stable work within a well-established maintenance programme.The successful candidate will carry out a range of joinery repairs, installations, and maintenance works across residential and commercial properties. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a wider team, delivering high-quality workmanship while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a professional standard.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out all aspects of maintenance joinery.Repair and install doors, frames, skirting and architraves.Undertake kitchen fitting and associated joinery works.Complete repairs to flooring, fencing, partitions, and timber structures.Carry out planned and reactive maintenance works.Identify defects and recommend appropriate repairs.Ensure all work complies ..... full job details .....
