Global Highland is delighted to be working in partnership with their prestigious client to recruit an experienced Maintenance Joiner to join their Property Maintenance team. About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and customer-focused Maintenance Joiner to join a busy property maintenance team, carrying out high-quality repairs and maintenance across properties. You will be responsible for delivering a professional and responsive joinery service across tenants'' homes, communal areas and other properties. The role will involve a mixture of reactive repairs, planned maintenance and improvement works, with a strong emphasis on completing work safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will be a key representative of the organisation when working in tenants'' homes, so excellent customer service and a professional approach are essential. Key Responsibilities Carry out a range of responsive joinery repairs and maintenance within tenants'' homes and communal areas. Undertake planned maintenance, refurbishment and improvement works as required. Diagnose faults and identify the most effective repair solution. Repair and replace doors, windows, frames, skirting, flooring, kitchen units, cupboards and other joinery components. Install, repair and adjust doors, frames, locks, ironmongery and associated fixtures. Complete repairs arising from general wear and tear, damage and deterioration.
