Maintenance Joiner

Maintenance Joiner Chetham s School of Music is seeking a Maintenance Joiner with some workshop experience to join our Maintenance team to deliver an efficient and high-quality reactive and planned maintenance service to Chetham s. The job The role is nominally 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend and emergency works as overtime. Hours to be arranged in consultation with the Deputy Estates Manager, with appropriate notice given. In return Starting pay of Scale Point 22, £33,355.70 per annum. 20 days annual leave per year, plus Bank Holidays.
