Job Title: Factory Operative (Short-Term / Cleaning and Support) Location: Leicester Hours: Working Hours Monday to Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm (with a 15-minute break from 10:00am - 10:15am) 23.75 hours per week Pay: £12.71 A Leicester-based precision engineering company is seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Operative for a short-term assignment. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with physically demanding work and available for an immediate start. The Role You will be supporting the shopfloor with essential cleaning and maintenance duties, helping to keep machinery and the factory environment running safely and efficiently. The work will involve machine cleaning, general factory cleaning, and swarf handling, and will require a hands-on, practical approach.
