Maintenance Handyperson

Position: Fabric Maintenance HandypersonType: Temporary ongoing (view for Temp to Perm)Basic: Circa 30,000 - Mon-Fri (14.66/hr)Location: YorkWe are recruiting for a Maintenance Handyperson based in the Stokcton-on-Tees area covering the maintenance of a large scale estate. The role will involve general handyperson aspects of building maintenance including compliance checks, general building upkeep, basic trades etc. The role is a temporary position with a view to move to a Temp-Perm role for the right candidate.
