Maintenance Handyperson - Crawley area - PERMANENT ROLE

No Qualifications required - however all applicants must time served experience in planned and reactive maintenance and repair work and a full Uk driving licence.

• -31,450 per annum plus great OT rates and enhanced holiday pay
• Van and fuel card provided for you free
• 08.00-16.00 Monday to Friday
• Crawley and surrounding areas

Essential Requirements:

• All applicants must have good previous experience in planned and reactive maintenance work.
• All applicants must have experience with joinery and carpentry maintenance and repair, changing locks, handles, door repair.
• Crawley

Duties:

• General maintenance -changing locks, handles, replacing a door handle, joinery maintenance etc
• General maintenance work in commercial buildings
• Crawley

-31,450 plus very well paid OT, extra yearly holidays, plus you will be provided with a van, fuel card, tools and work wear.
