You will carry out a range of general maintenance, responsive repairs and planned works, helping to ensure properties are safe, well maintained and presented to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Carry out general maintenance including decorating, basic carpentry, flooring, plumbing, door and window repairs and changing light bulbs. Respond to maintenance issues and ensure repairs are prioritised and completed within reasonable timescales. Help keep properties clean, tidy and safe, reporting issues such as waste, fly-tipping, pest control and other concerns. Liaise with specialist contractors when required.
