This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tradesperson looking to utilise their broad maintenance skills within a unique and high-end environment while enjoying a four-day working week. Reporting to the General Manager or Estate Manager, you will be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and presentation of guest accommodation, hospitality facilities, and associated properties, ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times. The role requires a hands-on individual who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and enjoys solving problems across a variety of maintenance disciplines. Key Responsibilities Carry out general maintenance and repair works across hotel, accommodation, and estate properties. Perform minor plumbing, joinery, painting, decorating, and basic electrical maintenance tasks. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues before they become significant problems. Maintain guest rooms, public areas, staff facilities, and external grounds to a luxury standard.
