Maintenance Fitter Doncaster Days Based 17.50 - 22.00W Talent are currently working with a fast-paced manufacturing business in Doncaster who are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join their engineering team. This is a hands-on role working within a busy manufacturing environment, where you''ll be responsible for keeping machinery running efficiently, carrying out general maintenance and getting involved in improvement projects.Working Monday to Friday, days based this role would suit a mechanically strong Maintenance Fitter who is confident working around machinery and can also bring TIG welding skills to the position.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and reactive maintenance across production machinery and equipment.Diagnose and repair mechanical faults to minimise production downtime.Work on fast-moving manufacturing machinery within a busy production environment.Carry out general maintenance and mechanical fitting duties.Complete TIG welding and fabrication work where required.Support machinery modifications, repairs and improvements.Get involved in continuous improvement projects to improve reliability, efficiency and safety.Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve issues quickly.Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and to a high standard.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work completed.Key RequirementsWe''re looking for someone who lives in Doncaster, Sheffield or surrounding areas with a ..... full job details .....
