The Position: Applications are invited for a Maintenance Fitter position at the Company s SecAnim Widnes site. This is a full-time permanent position, working an average of 42 hours per week, 4 on / 4 off, 12-hours day shifts. As a Maintenance Fitter your duties and responsibilities will vary based on the Company s requirements but will include: Maintenance and repair of a range of mechanical plant, a good knowledge of Pneumatics and Hydraulics. Good knowledge of all pump types (centrifugal, positive displacement, self-priming etc.). Completion of Planned Preventative Maintenance activities. Completion of steam raising works for high pressure water tube boilers in conjunction with conventional shell and tube boilers. Carry out daily BOAS boiler routine checks. Undertaking surveys and reports as required. To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.
