Maintenance Fitter - Manufacturing - Burnley - £33,000 About the Job We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Person to join a fantastic manufacturing business in Burnley. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the daily maintenance of the site and machinery. This is a practical, varied role suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on and can use their initiative without needing to be closely managed. The machinery is traditional rather than highly automated or technically complex, so we''re looking for someone with strong practical mechanical experience who is comfortable dealing with general maintenance, repairs and the occasional odd job. There will also be an opportunity to mentor and support an apprentice, helping to develop the next generation of maintenance talent! Maintenance Fitter - The Details Salary: £33,078.24 per annum Hours: Day shift, with some flexibility around start and finish times Early finish on a Friday Friday: Potential for an earlier finish, around 1:00pm Location: On-site / in person Company pension Free on-site parking Health and wellbeing programme Sick pay The role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied day and is happy working across mechanical maintenance, machinery, general building maintenance and site checks.
