Your new role You will be responsible for managing the maintenance of several sheltered housing schemes across Belfast. This will include: Carrying out regular building / scheme inspections (to include common areas) and addressing any issues / reporting any damages, fire risks, health and safety concerns.Completing weekly fire alarm testing on each scheme.Arranging minor repair work and void property repairs. Communicating with the Service Centre in relation to placing orders for external contractors. Monitoring specialist contractor''s approach to carrying out work and reporting any Health and Safety breaches.What you''ll need to succeed To be considered for this position, you must possess: A minimum of 2 years'' experience working in a response maintenance environment, including a good working knowledge of building repairs to residential and occupied properties.
