This role combines planned preventative maintenance with responsive repair work, ensuring communal areas and properties remain safe, clean and well presented. Working closely with Housing, Scheme and Facilities teams, you will provide an excellent service to residents while maintaining high standards of property care. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential. Key Responsibilities: Carry out minor repairs in communal areas and residents'' properties. Complete planned maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks. Inspect buildings and estates, reporting and resolving maintenance issues.
