This is a key operational role, ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working collaboratively, and maintaining high standards across a guest-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day upkeep of the property, including routine maintenance, preventative works, and reactive repairsWork closely with internal teams to resolve maintenance issues efficiently while ensuring minimal impact on guests and operationsCarry out regular inspections of facilities and equipment, identifying and addressing issues before they escalatePlan, develop, and deliver structured maintenance schedules and proceduresEnsure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and regulatory requirementsLiaise with external contractors and service providers for specialist works and larger projectsMonitor and manage stock levels of tools, equipment, and maintenance suppliesRespond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests, including those raised by guestsSupport the development of the maintenance function by delivering training on safety procedures and best practicesThe Ideal CandidatePrevious experience in a maintenance or facilities role, preferably within a hospitality or customer-focused environmentStrong ..... full job details .....
