These roles are on a Panama shift. In the Panama Shift Pattern, the focus lies in its non-consecutive workdays. This system minimises fatigue because employees don''t work for more than three consecutive days, and provides more regular weekends off than a standard 4 on 4 off shift does. As part of the continued growth of the business they are presently seeking several additional multi skilled Maintenance Technicians with either Mechanical or Electrical bias to provide engineering support for their operation in Manchester. Job Purpose Provide the on-site engineering maintenance cover required to meet the needs of an expanding business. A time-served engineer able to carry out fault finding and repairs to a range of manufacturing equipment. Strong oral and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills essential as well as a broad knowledge of all aspects of engineering and site facilities. Duties and responsibilities.
