Maintenance Engineering Manager x 2 - FMCG - Uttoxeter - New!You’ll report into the Head of Engineering and each lead half of the site – with full responsibility for performance, compliance, strategy, and people development. This is a role with real influence, visibility, and the chance to make change happen.Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PMWhat you’ll be doing:

Leading a skilled team of engineers, electricians, and technicians (around 12 people)Owning your area’s budget, strategy, and maintenance planDriving continuous improvement projects and embedding new practicesBuilding capability through succession planning, coaching, and developmentEnsuring safety and compliance remain front and centreWhat we’re looking for:

Proven engineering leadership (5+ years, ideally food/FMCG or similar)Track record managing budgets and large teamsNVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical (HNC/HND preferred)IOSH awareness (or willingness to complete training)Why this role?
