Maintenance Engineer

Workshop Recruitment is supporting a well-established manufacturing business in the search for two Maintenance Engineers to join their engineering team. These are permanent opportunities offering either a Night Shift pattern or a Double Days rotation, both with attractive shift premiums. The successful Maintenance Engineer will support production through planned and reactive maintenance, equipment improvement projects, and technical support across the site. This role would suit an experienced engineer with a proactive mindset and a passion for improving machine performance and reliability. Shift Patterns Night Shift 38% shift premium Sunday: 10:30pm 6:00am Monday Thursday: 10:00pm 6:00am 30-minute unpaid break Double Days Rotation 24% shift premium Week 1: 6:00am 2:00pm Mon Thurs, 6:00am 1:30pm Friday Week 2: 2:00pm 10:00pm Mon Thurs, 1:30pm 9:00pm Friday 30-minute unpaid break Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment Diagnose faults across electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability projects Maintain accurate maintenance and calibration records Support and mentor maintenance technicians when required Work closely with production and engineering teams Monitor equipment performance and identify improvements Ensure health and safety standards are maintained Skills and Experience Time-served or HNC-qualified in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Previous experience ..... full job details .....
