Maintenance Engineer Nights Havant £50,000 - £55,200 PermanentAre you a Maintenance Engineer with strong electrical, mechanical and fault-finding skills looking for a site-based night-shift opportunity? Join an established manufacturing environment where you will provide hands-on engineering support, maintain production equipment and help drive reliability and continuous improvement. This is a site-based Maintenance Engineer role working nights from Sunday to Thursday, supporting production and ensuring equipment remains safe, reliable and available. Key Responsibilities Maintain and repair production machinery, equipment, tools, jigs and fixtures.Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and equipment faults.Provide technical support, mentoring and guidance to Maintenance Technicians.Maintain accurate maintenance and calibration records through the CMMS.Monitor equipment performance, including MTBF, MTTR and OEE.Identify and implement improvements to equipment reliability and performance.Support engineering teams with equipment and process improvements.Produce and report maintenance KPIs and planned improvement activity. Skills and Knowledge Required Time-served and/or HNC-qualified in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.3+ years'' production experience in a similar Maintenance Engineer role.Ability to read electrical, mechanical, pneumatic drawings and schematics.Strong electrical, electronic, mechanical and fault-finding knowledge.Experience with PLCs, sensors, ..... full job details .....
