(We cannot sponsor or support VISA applicants). About the Role: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a highly automated warehouse operation in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and improving a fast-paced materials handling environment, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and downtime is kept to a minimum. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on automated materials handling equipment Diagnose, troubleshoot and rectify faults, while identifying and implementing long-term solutions to prevent reoccurrence Accurately record all maintenance activities in line with agreed processes and procedures Build strong working relationships with the customer, supporting day-to-day operational activities Investigate equipment issues, identify root causes and work proactively with the operations team to minimise disruption Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute ideas to enhance system performance and reliability Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers to ensure a smooth and efficient operation Requirements: ONC, HNC, NVQ Level 3 or ..... full job details .....
