As a Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs, proactive maintenance tasks and also regular inspections/audits across an allocated number of sites within your dedicated region. These will be retail sites. Your visits will be scheduled on a rotation basis covering locations from Glasgow and Edinburgh right up to Inverness and the West Coast You will be provided with a specifically designed company van to hold and manage your maintenance stock and you will be required to provide daily reports into head office via a bespoke reporting tool. Key Responsibilities Carry out general maintenance duties Electrical Repairs Experience Required Electricians 18th Edition accreditation (required) CandG Level 2 and 3 in Electrical Installations (preferred) Clean valid UK Driving License (required) Experienced in completing general maintenance including basic Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Minor internal repairs, painting and decorating Excellent communication skills Must be presentable and approachable An enhanced DBS Check will be required at the cost of the cli...
