Maintenance Engineer Location: Keighley, BD21 4BZSalary: Competitive, DOE Contract: Full-time, Permanent Keep our operation running at its best! We''re looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to keep our production equipment safe, reliable and performing at its best. You''ll be hands-on, solving mechanical and electrical faults, driving preventative maintenance and helping us continuously improve how we operate. What you''ll be doing • Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment and site services.• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical breakdowns to minimise downtime.• Use root cause analysis to prevent recurring faults and improve equipment reliability.• Support installations, modifications and improvement projects.• Maintain accurate engineering records and ensure work meets HandS, GMP, Quality and BRC standards.• Work closely with Production, Quality and Operations to keep performance on track.• Identify opportunities to reduce downtime, waste, energy use and maintenance costs.• Maintain high standards of 5S, housekeeping and engineering best practice. What you''ll bring • Recognised Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-Skilled Engineering qualification, or equivalent practical experience.• Manufacturing maintenance experience with strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.• Experience with both PPM and reactive maintenance.• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis ability.• Good understanding of safe systems of ..... full job details .....
