Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer Overview We are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join the team based in Aldridge. This Maintenance Engineer position offers an excellent opportunity to work within a busy manufacturing environment, supporting the maintenance and repair of fabrication machinery while ensuring the site operates safely and efficiently. Daily Duties As a Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on fabrication machinery Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults Maintaining accurate maintenance records and service schedules Skills Needed Successful Maintenance Engineer candidates will have: Previous engineering maintenance experience within a manufacturing or production environment Strong mechanical fault-finding and repair skills Experience working with industrial machinery Full UK Driving Licence Desirable experience includes: Fabrication machinery experience Electrical qualifications such as City and Guilds, NVQ, or 18th Edition Knowledge of PLC-controlled machinery IOSH or other Health and Safety qualifications Salary and Benefits Working as a Maintenance Engineer, you will receive: 42,000 to 50,000 per annum, dependent on experience and hours worked Full-time position, 40 to 45 hours per week Company pension scheme Training and development opportunities Supportive and friendly working environment Long-term career prospects If you ..... full job details .....
