This is a hands-on role requiring strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills, with a focus on minimising downtime and driving continuous improvements across the site. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance. Service, repair and maintain CNC lathes, milling machines and associated equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults. Minimise machine downtime and maximise production efficiency. Support continuous improvement and shop floor improvement projects. Assist with general facilities maintenance when required. Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with Health & Safety procedures.
