Diagnose and repair production and process equipment across all sites. Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance including wiring, fault finding, and system repairs. Work with PLCs, inverters, heating elements, servo motors, contactors, overloads, sensors (inductive, reed, proximity), and more. Perform mechanical repairs on conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, shafts, tensioners, bearings, etc. Maintain a range of equipment including high-speed packing machines, fillers, pasteurisers, printers, boxing machines, and inspection systems. Record breakdowns and maintenance activities clearly and accurately. Execute and improve pre-planned maintenance (PPM) to reduce downtime and support OEE targets.
