Maintenance Engineer – Double Days | Monday-Friday

Looking for a Monday-Friday role where you can get your weekends back?

A well-established food manufacturer in Malton is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join its growing engineering team on a double days shift pattern.

This is a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment, where you''ll play a key part in keeping production running smoothly and improving equipment reliability.

What you''ll be doing

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding
• Completing PPMs and reducing unplanned downtime
• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects
• Working closely with production to keep machinery running efficiently
• Ensuring all maintenance work is completed safely and to a high standard

What we''re looking for

You''ll ideally have an NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC or equivalent engineering qualification, with strong hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

We''re open to both electrically and mechanically biased engineers, provided you have a good understanding of the wider engineering discipline.

Food/FMCG experience would be beneficial, but isn''t essential.
