The Role

You’ll be a key member of the engineering team, supporting a highly automated production environment. Working across a 3-shift rotation, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime, and driving continuous improvement across the site.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a mechanical bias multi-skilled engineering role
• Background in FMCG, food manufacturing, or fast-paced production environments
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills on automated equipment
• Ability to work effectively within a shift-based team
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
