A well-established food manufacturer in  Malton  is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join its engineering team on a  4 on 4 off days-only shift pattern .  It''s a great opportunity for a hands-on engineer who wants a strong work-life balance without compromising on the variety or technical challenge of a manufacturing engineering role. The Role  Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment  Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults  Complete PPMs and preventative maintenance activities  Respond to breakdowns and minimise production downtime  Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives  Work closely with production and other engineers to keep the site running efficiently  Maintain high standards of health, safety and food manufacturing compliance  What we''re looking for You''ll ideally hold an  NVQ Level 3, City &amp; Guilds, HNC or equivalent  engineering qualification and have experience working within a manufacturing environment.
