Your Duties:

* Lead and coordinate engineering activities across shifts.

* Diagnose major plant faults and implement effective solutions

* Manage maintenance work orders in SAP

* Drive performance improvements through root cause analysis, preventative maintenance and high performance initiatives

* 4 on 4 off 2 days 2 nights 7 - 7-

Your Experience

* Mechanical maintenance engineer/fitter from a factory environment (backgrounds from Manufacturing, FMCG, Construction or similar)

* Experience supervising engineers-

* Time served apprenticeship (HNC/ONC or similar)

* Hydraulic and pneumatic fault finding ability
