Down. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineering Team Leader, Maintenance Team Leader, Lead Engineer or Senior Maintenance Engineer looking for a well-paid position with responsibility for both people and plant. You''ll lead a team of Shift Engineers, helping ensure production machinery and site equipment operate safely and reliably, while reducing breakdowns and production downtime. This is still very much an engineering job - you''ll need strong hands-on maintenance and fault-finding experience alongside the ability to lead, organise and support an engineering team. The Job Working closely with the Engineering Manager, you will: Lead and support the Shift Engineering / Maintenance team. Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance (PPM) across plant and production machinery. Carry out and support fault finding, problem solving and repairs to minimise downtime. Support engineers during machinery breakdowns and more complex maintenance issues. Develop maintenance schedules and ensure planned work is completed.
