Maintenance Engineer - Summary:

A well-established manufacturing company based in Poole is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team on a permanent day shift basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and supporting the smooth running of production equipment across the site.

Maintenance Engineer - Key Responsibilities:

• Planned and reactive maintenance on manufacturing machinery
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding
• Supporting continuous improvement activities
• Ensuring minimal downtime and efficient production performance

Maintenance Engineer - Requirements:

• Previous experience in a maintenance engineering role
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding ability
• Manufacturing or production environment experience preferred
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
