Maintenance Engineer - Single Man Site

My client seeking a skilled and dedicated Building Service Engineer in the East London area to work as the sole engineer on a prestigious site . The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general building service maintenance and HVAC systems, along with experience of carrying out planned preventative maintenance.

This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general PPM''s.
• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the facility in a safe manner
• Emergency light testing
• Carry out basis fabric works
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
• Basic plumbing
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Air Handling units (filter changes)

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience in building maintenance or engineering roles.
• Electrical competency in the form of certification
• Steady career history
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• A commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
