Maintenance Engineer

A great opportunity to join a globally operating and successful logistics / automation company as a multi skilled Maintenance Engineer working at a well-known retailers state of the art highly automated distribution centre in Warrington. Seeking either electrically or mechanically biased multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to support the large engineering team.Benefits:Salary of c£55k3 on 3 off shift pattern (12 hour days and nights) (6-6)24 Shifts per year holiday6% match PensionBonus and Share schemes (c£4k annually after qualifying period)Key responsibilities:Deliver hands-on engineering to support the logistics system running smoothlyPerform both reactive and planned maintenance on plant and equipmentKeep maintenance records up to date using CMMS systemFollow safety and repair best practices at all timesContribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiativesRequirements of Maintenance Engineer:Ideally fully apprenticeship trained with Level 3 engineering qualificationsGood level of electrical and mechanical knowledge from a manufacturing or distribution environmentWorking knowledge of PLC control systems, desirably Siemens S7Experience of automated materials handling systems would also be an advantage but not essentialHappy to work a shift pattern with days and nights.Ok to work at heights when needed (via harnesses and full training etc)To applyIf you are an experienced multi skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge at a great company please ..... full job details .....
