An independent food manufacturer located on the West side of Grantham, is looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their established engineering team. Monday to Friday - No Nights and No Weekends The role operates on a straightforward Monday to Friday double-day shift pattern, offering an excellent work-life balance: Week 1: 6am - 2pm Week 2: 2pm - 10pm No night shifts or weekend working This could be ideal for Maintenance Engineers currently working rotating shifts, nights or weekends who are looking for a better work-life balance. Engineers from other manufacturing sectors are also encouraged to apply, with the company having successfully recruited engineers from different industries.
