This is a key technical and leadership role responsible for ensuring the reliability, integrity, and performance of critical assets across a diverse and fast moving production environment. The Opportunity Working within a large, complex manufacturing environment, including a Top Tier COMAH site, the Maintenance Reliability Engineer will lead asset care, deliver compliance, and implement proactive maintenance strategies. You will be accountable for the asset integrity programme and provide expert engineering support to enhance safety, quality, production efficiency, and cost performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead maintenance, repairs, asset improvements, and technical problem-solving Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and engineering standards Drive the transition to proactive, condition-based maintenance strategies Conduct root cause analysis to improve reliability and reduce downtime Manage predictive maintenance and non-destructive testing programmes Analyse asset performance and maintenance costs to support improvement initiatives Coach teams in TPM principles and maintenance best practices Lead cross-functional ..... full job details .....
