Maintenance Engineer
Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) Location: Cambridge Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (Dependent on Experience) Shift: Monday - Friday, Days (Choice of 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00) The Opportunity Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer tired of the "continental shift" burnout? Key Responsibilities Reactive and Planned Maintenance: Carry out PPMs and respond to breakdowns across a variety of manufacturing machinery. Electrical Focus: Fault-finding on PLC systems (Siemens/Allen Bradley/Mitsubishi), motors, drives, and control panels. Continuous Improvement: Identify ways to improve machine reliability and reduce downtime. Safety First: Ensure all work is carried out to the highest health and safety standards. What We''re Looking For We need someone who knows their way around a factory floor and isn''t afraid to dive into complex electrical faults. Experience: Proven track record as a Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing or production environment. Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 Technical Qualification (NVQ/BTEC/Appreticeship or equivalent) in an engineering discipline.
