What you''ll doEnsure legal compliance through planned preventative maintenance and reactive works across siteThe provision of Engineering Maintenance and breakdown support to the hospital Provide competent Technical, Health, Safety and Environmental support and assistanceLead and support the Engineering team in carrying out their role Review fault logs and allocate appropriate resources to each task within area of responsibilityWhat you''ll bring with youExperience in line managing in a Maintenance Environment City and Guilds Part 3, HNC, NVQ Level 4 or equivalent preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of Legionella prevention requirements within hospital buildingsDemonstrated high level of organisation and time management skills, particularly in an environment with multiple, and sometimes conflicting ..... full job details .....
