Job AdvertEngineering LeadFull Time - 37.5 hours per weekSterile Services East - Braintree, EssexThe Role:The provision of Engineering Maintenance, Testing, Validation and breakdown support to the Braintree Ramsay Decontamination Hub. You will provide competent Technical, Health, Safety and Environmental support and assistance and successfully network with other Decontamination Lead Engineers and Assistants to support them in carrying out their roles within their own sites, usually via remote access. You will support the Group Estates Manager with their day-to day-duties, particularly keeping up with Mandatory Requirements. Support and promote an in-house model of training and undertaking the preventative maintenance and servicing of all TSSU related equipment and associated plant at the facility, reducing reliance on external contractors.What you''ll do:Ensure the Engineering Planned Preventative Maintenance Routine has been completed as detailed in the Standard Operating Procedure manualsEnsure all Statutory Insurance Inspections are undertaken and remedial tasks resolvedProvide a customer focussed service to ensure production delays are minimised through proactive responses to unplanned outages and ensure all preventative maintenance is planned to minimise impact on serviceTo attend and contribute to required governance meetings and working groups at site and corporatelyEnsure that the site is safe and working effectively by maintaining Health and Safety ..... full job details .....
