Maintenance Engineer

Position: Maintenance Engineer Location: West Sussex Salary: £43,000 per annum Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Contract: Permanent, Full-Time A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their on-site engineering team at a commercial static site in West Sussex, with responsibility for one additional satellite site within the portfolio. What you''ll do: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across a range of building services systems. Undertake general maintenance duties including basic mechanical repairs, fabric maintenance, routine plant inspections, and minor building repairs. Complete basic electrical works including lighting maintenance, lamp replacements, socket replacements, and minor rewiring tasks. Respond to maintenance requests and fault-find building services systems to ensure minimal disruption to site operations. Travel to a nearby satellite site when required, using the company vehicle provided. Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in accordance with statutory compliance and health and safety regulations.
