Maintenance Engineer

Are you an Electrically biased Maintenance Technician or Engineer? Are you looking for a permanent role on Knowsley Industrial Estate? Proactive Personnel is on the hunt for an Electrically biased Maintenance Technician with an electrical bias to join a well established company with an excellent reputation on Knowsley Industrial Estate. This role requires a knowledgeable and experienced maintenance technician with a strong electrical bias. The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of electrical engineering and a proven track record in a similar role. As a Maintenance Technician You will be responsible for: Maintaining all electrical and mechanical equipment on the site Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, including installation and commissioning of new equipment Carrying out inspections and ensuring all paperwork is up to date Developing and maintaining a preventative maintenance program Ensuring all safety procedures are followed Working with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the site The ideal candidate will have: A relevant qualification in electrical engineering A minimum of 3 years'' experience in a similar role Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance Excellent problem solving skills Ability to work independently and with a team Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Good ..... full job details .....
