This role involves carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, and continuous improvement activities on a wide range of automated equipment to ensure maximum system availability and reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and servicing of automated materials handling equipment.Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC-related faults.Prioritise faults to minimise downtime and maintain operational performance.Perform scheduled repairs in line with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices.Maintain conveyor systems, automated machinery, and associated equipment to ensure continuous product flow.Accurately complete maintenance records, reports, and documentation.Ensure spare parts are maintained at appropriate stock levels.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and performance.Work closely with operations to minimise disruption and maximise productivity....</description>
