Working within a supportive and experienced engineering team, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs across a range of paper production and converting machinery. You will also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance. The manufacturing process involves recycling waste paper fibre into finished paper products through pulping, forming, drying, and converting processes, providing exposure to heavy industrial machinery and process equipment.
