Maintenance Engineer

Job Title: Shift Maintenance Engineer Interview and Immediate Start Location: Aylesbury Salary: £42,000 £48,000 + £1,200 Bonus (OTE £55,000+) Shift: Rotating Days and Nights (12-hour shifts) Role Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FMCG food manufacturer in Aylesbury. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment, you will focus primarily on mechanical maintenance across automated production lines, while also supporting electrical fault finding to maximise equipment reliability and performance.This role offers excellent training, clear progression into senior or project roles, and long-term stability within a growing and well-invested business.
