Salary: £54,000 + Overtime (£1,000–£2,000 on top) + Pension

Location: Derby
Shifts: 4 on 4 off days & nights

Job Role of Maintenance Engineer

A fantastic opportunity which is not to be missed for a strong Maintenance Engineer has come to the forefront. This is going to be any engineer’s dream to work in this state-of-the-art, fully automated, fast-paced factory. They have recently invested into the site and it''s a great place to work for any maintenance engineer who wants to develop their career both technically and/or into management.

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

Candidates with a distribution or recycling background manufacturing background will be prioritised

Sector – Factory Maintenance

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer

• Maintenance experience within an industrial factory environment.
• MUST HAVE A LEVEL 3 ENGINEERING QUALIFICATION
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.

Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer

• Hands-on electrical & mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Recognised engineering qualification.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer

• Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
