Working within a fast-paced, high-volume production environment where a seat is produced every 60 seconds, you will be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (80%) and reactive breakdown support (20%) to ensure maximum equipment uptime and production efficiency. This is a critical role where rapid response to breakdowns is essential due to the high cost of downtime.
